How do I choose the right Silencio furniture for me?
First, ask yourself what you want to protect (passports, jewelry, money, keys, documents...). Nightstands → quick and discreet access in the bedroom. Wall shelves → minimalist look and undetectable compartment at eye level. Dressers & TV cabinets → capacity and versatility.
- Need maximum discretion: choose our models with magnetic/RFID badge opening.
- Need space: choose a volume > (indicated on the product sheet).
Will the dimensions fit my space?
Each product page indicates the external dimensions and the usable capacity of the compartment. Tip: take the width and depth of your wall/room, then leave 2 cm of margin on each side for a perfect installation.
Is installation simple? What tools do I need?
Yes. You will receive a step-by-step guide (PDF + installation manual) . Allow approximately 20 to 40 minutes depending on the model. Common tools: drill/driver, level, tape measure, and pencils. The appropriate screws and wall plugs are provided.
Need help? We assist you via WhatsApp (photos/videos) to validate your installation.
How does the locking system work? Is it reliable?
Our furniture integrates a discreet mechanism (magnetic and/or RFID badge depending on the model) designed to remain invisible and silent in use. Externally, the furniture looks like a classic model. The opening of the compartment leaves no visible traces.

What are the delivery times and methods?
Fast shipping via UPS, DPD or Colissimo depending on the address. Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days in mainland France (excluding periods of high demand). Delivery is free.

How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also use your code on this page (automatic carrier detection).
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple/Google Wallet depending on availability, and payment in installments with Klarna (if offered at checkout). All transactions are secure.
Can I return an item?

What warranty do you offer?
Your purchases are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). If you have any questions, our after-sales service will assist you with a diagnosis and a quick solution.
Does the mechanism make noise or let light through?
Our systems have been designed to remain discreet: the opening is silent and the compartment does not let light filter through (ideal for the bedroom).
How to maintain the furniture daily?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid aggressive/abrasive products. To maintain the matte appearance, prefer solvent-free cleaners.
