At Silencio Mobilier, quality and safety come first. All our products automatically benefit from the 2-year legal conformity warranty (EU/France) from delivery, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).

✅ What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing or material defects.
• Malfunctions of mechanisms (magnetic/RFID locking, hinges, slides) under normal use.
• Major aesthetic defects observed upon receipt (deep scratches, shocks, missing parts).

🚫 What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, patina, normal hinge play).
• Damage due to improper installation, non-compliant use, dropping, or impact.
• Unauthorized modifications, drilling, repairs, or non-original parts.
• Cosmetic deteriorations without functional impact reported > 14 days after receipt.

🧭 How to claim warranty?

1. Contact us at contact@silenciomobilier.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
2. Add 2–4 photos/videos (affected area, overview, serial number if present).
3. Response within 24–48 business hours with instructions on what to do next.

After diagnosis, we will apply the most suitable solution, free of charge to you when the warranty applies:

• Repair (spare part or guided intervention).
• Exchange of the product.
• Refund if repair/exchange is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.
