Do you have difficult access (floor without elevator, dead-end street)? Indicate this in the order notes to facilitate delivery.

⏱️ Estimated lead times

• Preparation: 24 to 48 business hours.
• Transit: 2 to 5 business days in France (depending on carrier and zone).
• Public holidays and busy periods may add 24 to 48 hours.

🏷️ Delivery costs

• Standard: free in mainland France.
• Express / Appointment slot: possible options depending on your address (contact us).

📦 Carriers & tracking

• We primarily ship via UPS/DPD/La Poste.
• A tracking email is sent as soon as the package is handled.
• Multiple items? They may arrive in multiple packages and/or days.

🏠 Delivery and drop-off

• Delivery to door/mailbox (no installation).
• Generous packages: the delivery person may contact you to arrange a drop-off.
• Absence: a second attempt or availability at a nearby collection point will be made.

🛡️ Damaged package / missing part

If the packaging is damaged, note precise reservations on the delivery slip and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number; we will arrange the replacement.
