📦 Carriers & tracking
- We primarily ship via UPS/DPD/La Poste.
- A tracking email is sent as soon as the package is handled.

🏠 Delivery and drop-off
- Delivery to door/mailbox (no installation).
- Generous packages: the delivery person may contact you to arrange a drop-off.
- Absence: a second attempt or availability at a nearby collection point will be made.
🛡️ Damaged package / missing part
If the packaging is damaged, note precise reservations on the delivery slip and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number; we will arrange the replacement.
