- Errors. In the event of a clear error (price, description), we may cancel the order or offer you a solution before shipment.
6) Payment
Payments are processed by our certified providers. You authorize the debit for the total amount (products, taxes, fees). We do not store complete card data. The order is firm only after payment confirmation.
7) Shipping & Risk Transfer
Indicated delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any anomalies within a reasonable timeframe to contact@silenciomobilier.com.
8) Returns & Refunds
Our return conditions are an integral part of these Terms and are available here: Refund Policy. Unless otherwise specified, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may remain your responsibility depending on the current policy.
